“Shop Talk” is a support group for volunteers designed to facilitate a lively exchange of ideas, express concerns and celebrate successes. A sense of trust and atmosphere of confidentiality will be established in the group. The group will be facilitated by an experienced volunteer and/or teacher/coordinator. The group will meet once a month. In addition, support will be provided to volunteers on a one-on-one basis as needed. |
